“What I enjoy about these trips is getting to meet people from all over the world in a new and exciting city. More often than not, they’re people our age who are incredibly smart and similarly interested in the world of business. I came back with a sense of being much more ambitious!”

  • Sachi Akmal, a rising senior

“My favorite part of FBLA are the people! Everyone has different career goals and interests. The organization is a great way to meet new people and make lifelong friends.”

  • Esha Singaraju, Regional Vice President

“I was very hesitant to join FBLA in the beginning…being able to go on trips like our Nationals and fun outings together really changed my opinion! Though FBLA is heavily involved in the business aspect, it is way more than just that.”

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) provides students with the opportunity to travel, network through workshops, and explore possible career pathways. FBLA has a variety of events that allows students to engage in topics that interest them. Although the club is centered around competing, it also gives students the chance to grow closer to the people around them. Marvin Ridge FBLA is not just a club but a community, and through it, students obtain skills that prepare them for the future.
