Union County Early College Career Management students had the opportunity to learn about the infrastructure of the CTC (light rail)and its impact on the city of Charlotte. Engineer Todd Thorne discusses the importance of stakeholder input and the Environmental Impact Statement used to make decisions. They also discussed the future plans for the light rail.
